Return and exchange rules

• Seasonal merchandise is final sale.
• Costumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Inflated helium balloons are non-refundable.
• Balloon reservations cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled pickup or delivery.
• Everyday merchandise may be returned or exchanged within five days of purchase only when unused and in original, undamaged packaging.
• Shipped items are not eligible for return at this time.
