What “officially licensed” means
Party Color NYC uses the phrase “officially licensed” only when current product packaging, a manufacturer catalog or a rights-holder source expressly confirms that status. A product is not assigned a character, franchise or licensed-property name based only on visual similarity.
Unique, Sempertex and source brands
Unique Industries is the manufacturer/owner associated with the applicable Solid Table Ware products presented on this site. Party Color NYC created the original selection, arrangement, layout and render composition used in some of those product images. Party Color NYC claims only that original render contribution and does not claim ownership of Unique’s products, product designs, packaging, trade dress, trademarks, logos or manufacturer photography.
Sempertex is the manufacturer and brand associated with applicable Latex balloon products presented on this site. Party Color NYC created the original selection, arrangement, layout and render composition used in some of those product images. Party Color NYC claims only that original render contribution and does not claim ownership of Sempertex products, product designs, color or product names, packaging, trade dress, trademarks, logos or manufacturer photography.
Current live product-brand fields also identify Leg Avenue, Amscan, Disguise, Rubies and Smiffys. Those names identify the relevant catalog brands only. Their trademarks, product rights, packaging and supplied catalog imagery remain with their respective owners.
